ONLINE SHIPPING + RETURN POLICY

NEVER 2 FLY 2 PRAY utilizes multiple shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in North America. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of the day or time, will begin processing the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FEDEX. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your UPS, USPS, or FEDEX tracking number. UPS/USPS/FEDEX SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed).

Rates determined based upon location. Shipping will be calculated at checkout. 

 

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

 

CURRENCY CONVERSIONS

All prices listed on our site are in US dollars, and charged to your credit card in US dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but in general it should match closely with the current rate.

 

PLEASE NOTE: N2F2P does not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of shipping address from our distribution center in Alexandria, VA. 

COVID PROTOCOL FOR RETURNS:

AS A N2F2P COVID-19 PROTOCOL, WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCEPT RETURNS AT THIS TIME. NOTE - ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THIS TIME.

 

ORIGINAL RETURNS / EXCHANGES POLICY (NOT CURRENTLY IN EFFECT) DUE TO COVID-19:

  • We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days for all (non-sale) items - excluding all accessories (which are final sale).
  • Item/s must be unused, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Refunds are offered less the cost of shipping for the return of unworn items returned with 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • For exchanges - the customer is responsible for those cost of the shipping the exchanged item to HQ and back.
